We would like to introduce a case study on solving the problems faced by our customers who manufacture electronic components. Although production is conducted in a clean room operating at Class 1,000 (ISO Class 6), they were struggling with the inability to eliminate contamination. We proposed the "ViEST" fine particle visualization system manufactured by Shin Nippon Air Technologies Co., Ltd. As a result, after implementation, we captured images of several suspicious areas, clearly confirming the presence of dust.
